I agree with the story about cheating. It has become a bigger problem since the creation of the internet and computers. Back before computers were invented, not many people were willing to type or rewrite a page from an encyclopedia. Nowadays people can have three pages of work copied in just a few clicks. Cheating is a much bigger problem in schools also. Schools don't do enough to show kids the bad things about copying or plagiarizing. They don't see what's wrong with it and teachers don't do much more than give the kid a bad grade on that assignment or give them a little speech about why they shouldn't do that. Kids cheat more often nowadays because it is much easier for them to do and they are more lazy and decide it's better to get the same grade as the kid next to them. Instead of putting the time in to do better then the kid next to them, they accept whatever grade that kid gets, whether it be an A or a D.

  1. I completely agree with you, computers have made cheating easier for all of us. Teachers don't do enough to stop cheating and kids just accept whatever grade they get just to get the assignment done quickly.

  2. I agree with both of you. Due to the use of computers a lot of people have a lot more temptation to cheat.

  3. Having the internet right at our fingertips definitely makes cheating much easier to do, and makes it even more tempting.
